We walk the whole chain — sink, sewer, plant, treatment, land, soil, groundwater — and stop at the exact link where the public record runs out. The volume is the applicant's own figure; no independent verification of its fate has been published.

This episode explains why compliance per fitting cannot answer a cumulative question, and why 1,200 dwellings is a large addition to a total that is currently near empty.
