What thirteen disciplines will be asked

Thirteen expert disciplines are engaged by the application for 1,200 dwellings at Arrow Junction. That count is the clearest available measure of the proposal's reach: thirteen separate bodies of professional knowledge, each of which has to be satisfied before anyone can honestly say the thing has been assessed.

This episode is about the questions, not the answers. For each figure already on the public record, we ask what a competent expert in the relevant field would need to see before signing their name to a conclusion — and what it means that, so far, most of that material has not been published.
